With its own state-of-the-art, on-site subsidiary HEXA Digital, HEXA Ceram offers the latest CAD/CAM technologies and production methods to its customers. HEXA Ceram Dental Laboratory offers in-house milled zirconia restorations, milled bars and abutments as well as printed models.
- Quality management
We only use high-quality, industry-standard materials at HEXA Ceram, both for the domestic as well as the export market. We are dedicated to deliver high-quality dental work and we thoroughly inspect all steps throughout the production process. With our high QC standards we aim for the lowest error margin possible, exposing all cases to a step-by-step QC process by both Thai and foreign QC experts. We are ISO 13485:2016 certified and regularly inspected by the FDA.
- Excellent team of 800 people
HEXA Ceram’s workforce consists of 800 dedicated, skilled employees spread out over 8 branches in Thailand. HEXA Ceram Chiang Mai is our largest branch, designated headquarters and export lab with nearly 400 employees. HEXA Ceram takes pride in supporting our staff to develop themselves throughout their career and we have received several rewards while doing so. As a dental laboratory under the Statement of Good Corporate Governance Principles and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Hexa Ceram has embraced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as part of our efforts towards achieving sustainable development.

At HEXA Ceram we strive to offer an open-solution for all our CAD/CAM products. By simply sending us your STL files, we can produce several types of models for different indications and a variety of end-products. HEXA Ceram has been offering CAD/CAM solutions for more than a decade resulting in an in-depth knowledge of both design and manufacturing.
- Warranty
HEXA Ceram Dental Laboratory provides warranties of respectively 5 years, 3 years and 6 months for crown- & bridgework, removable dentures and orthodontics.
- Training activities
We provide extensive study- and training activities for our employees at HEXA Ceram, keeping them up to date about new technologies and developments within their profession. Each new staff member receives an in-depth, in-house training course to prepare them for their respective position.

HEXA (Dental Lab) e-order, our internally developed workflow system allows our staff and customers to track and trace each specific case at any given moment, providing transparency and efficiency within our production facility.
